Terms of Service
1. The Law Office of Claudia P. Lopez, PLLC website. The Law Office Website includes all web pages under the URL of the site domain.
2. Use of the Law Office Website constitutes acceptance. This Agreement shall constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between you (individually and in your individual capacity as an employee, officer, agent, partner, etc. of each organization you represent in connection with any use of the Law Office website) and the Law Office of Claudia P. Lopez, PLLC. 6. Privacy Policy. Data and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
7. The Legal Office Intellectual Property. All intellectual property, including but not limited to all content, text, graphics, videos and sounds on the Law Office website, and all computer code associated therewith, are the valuable property of Law Office, its licensors and contributors, and are subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property protections. You acknowledge and agree that Oficina Legal has invested significant time and effort in creating the Oficina Legal website and the content and services provided through the Oficina Legal website, and that Oficina Legal exclusively owns or has been licensed by third parties to use and sublicense all right, title and interest therein and all associated information, data, databases, images and other material.

Neither the Law Office, nor any entity that is part of the Law Office, shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement for any failure or delay in performance caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including any natural calamity, act of God or public enemy, act of any military, civil or regulatory authority, change in any law or regulation, interruption or outage of communications, power or otherwise, default by any supplier or other third party, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. of the Law Office (or any entity that is part of the Law Office). 10. Waiver. 11. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Understanding. This Agreement constitutes the final and complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
